Broncos starting Quarterback Kyle Orton has signed a restricted free-agent tender with Denver, indicating that he will stay with the team through the 2010-2011 season. Previous to Marshall signing the Broncos’ tender offer, Brandon would have needed to sign off on any potential trade. Now Brandon Marshall is under contract with Denver through the 2010 season as an unrestricted free agent, and the Broncos can make any trade move that suits the organization.
