The end was mercifully quick… for Broncos Nation and for Josh McDaniels. How could an era that began with such promise and fanfare go down in flames so fast?
Mike Nolan and the Denver Broncos “mutually agreed” to part ways today.This doesn’t appear to be a firing, it appears more like a knowledgeable football guy jumping off of a ship that might be sinking faster than anyone realizes.
Josh McDaniels is likely not very surprised with his own mastery of his team. Doubters are certainly many. But the fact is that the Broncos are playoff-worthy at best, competitive versus any opponent at worst.
