Pat Bowlen’s Letter: Good PR or Too Little Too Late?

Denver Broncos owner Pat Bowlen sent a letter to season ticket holders (presumably with the bill for the mythical 10 games to happen at Invesco Field this fall), apologizing for the lockout and assuring fans the team will be ready to play come August, assuming a new collective bargaining agreement is reached.
