Although it was the first game of the season, the Colorado Mammoth had a lot of pressure on them. Not only were they facing the defending NLL Champion Washington Stealth, they were facing a team that beat them all four times last season.

The Mammoth play the first in a “barn to barn” with the Washington Stealth on Friday March 26 at the Pepsi Center, then head to Washington to face the Stealth again on Saturday. Game time is 7 PM and tickets start at $5.
The Colorado Mammoth are playing so inconsistently that it seems like two completely different teams rather than one cohesive unit.
It’s not just that the Mammoth are losing. It’s that they seem to give up whenever their opponent starts developing a strong lead. Instead of getting fired up and working harder, they let their opponents get under their skin.
