		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree with you more. Every point is dead-on. Regardless of how incredibly stupid McDaniels was in seeking a trade for a lesser quarterback, Cutler needs to show some courage and leadership and just come in and do his job. Part of that job is now, unfortunately, to smooth things over with Josh and Xanders.

And yes, the Cutler/Marshall combo still has the potential to be out of this world amazing. They are (fortunately) both great competitors that want more than anything else to win games. Now they just have to find some professionalism to match that desire and intensity.</description>
