    Returning is such sweet sorrow.

    Saturday, January 12, 2008

Well, I’m back from the NW, where I mercifully got to not watch the Broncos train-wreck come to an end. I got to listen to a bunch of trash talk about the magically revived Trailblazers (yawn), and I got to remind all my Seahawks friends that just because you can beat the Redskins doesn’t mean you stand a baby seal’s chance in a shark tank of winning a super bowl this year.

Oh yeah, and I got to be reminded that the Mariners are a worse run franchise than the Rockies– which no one would have believed a couple years ago.

When’s spring training start? I’m ready.

You give the Seahawks to much credit, they didn’t have a Club Sandwich’s chance in a shark tank of winning the Superbowl this year.

And the Mariners a worse run team than the Rockies? We took a while to biuld the talent but the Mariners seem like a playoff threat every 3 years or so. I’d like to see the Rockies contend for a few years before I’d go that far.

Lastly, the Broncos train wreck was semi expected. I for one couldn’t take my eyes of it. Kinda like watching a train wreck. I suspect we are in for one more season of this before we’re back dominating the AFC West. That give Rivers ego just enough time to destroy the Chargers.
